Interim Financial Controller – Immediately Available

• Highly driven and commercially astute CIMA qualified Financial Controller with 20+ years PQE.
• Supervised AR/AP & treasury functions, preparation of the monthly management accounts & delivering the statutory reporting for UK holding company & all European held subsidiaries.
• Key lead on annual statutory accounting process for the UK subsidiary including full consolidation of all European entities, calculation of audit adjustments & preparation & submission of lead schedules & audit requests.
• Working with 3^rd party finance provider to deliver month end close & annual accounts in each overseas entity
• Delivery of consolidated monthly group management accounts
• Overseeing & approving the daily tasks of the AR/AP & Treasury functions including signing off payment runs, closely monitoring cashflow & cash runway & arranging FX deals from USD into local functional currencies
• Working closely with the People Team to approve & facilitate payment of monthly payroll across 5 countries
• Instrumental in reducing monthly cash-burn by 80% following an in depth review all areas of OpEx
• Working with the Head of Controlling to ensure reporting deadlines were maintained and investor questions answered in a timely and accurate manner.
• Intermediate Excel, sound working knowledge of all other Windows software, Hyperion, SAP, JDE, Navision
