- Led client meetings to resolve problematic and aged debt
- Reduced DSO to 45 days since been part of the credit team
- Collection on 8m ledger across 700 accounts
- Maximize cash collections and improve cash flow
- Identifying potential debtors’ issues and analyze risk
- Able to deal with complex queries and unpicking historic issues
- Financial reporting and analysis to directors and board
