Rare opportunity to work for this environmental consultancy as an Assistant Accountant based in their Aylesbury office, Reporting to the FC your key responsibilities as the Assistant Accountant include :
Coding up and posting purchase invoices, employee expenses and company credit card to Sage
Preparing sales invoices & posting to Sage
Posting Bank payments and receipts to Sage
Maintaining the timesheet system and project management data (on excel)
VAT Return
Petty Cash
Holiday calendar
Updating various excel databases for client records
Admin tasks including being in charge of the office meeting calendars, phone system, stationery & office supplies ordering
Ideally you will be AAT part qualified (they can offer study leave and support) with SageLine50 experience and in return will receive a salary between £23k-£28k. The role can also be offered on a Part Time Basis (32 hours a week)
