Manchester based Building & Maintenance Contracts are currently looking for a Small Works Contracts Manager to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. This client complete responsive maintenance works into the Commercial sector.
The role:
You will be working on values up to the value of £30,000 (scope to increase this)
You will be overseeing the Health & Safety of your jobs
You will be organising works including labour, materials & plant for your quoted projects and see it through to completion.
You will be attending sites across the North West region to survey any quote requests and survey potential works.
