SITE BASED PROJECT MANAGER

£65k + Car allowance & Bonus package

Main contracting commercial specialisits are looking for a Site based Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis due to an increased order book. Working on large scale commercial projects, this is ideally suited to someone who have been project leads on construction and fit out projects between £2m-£15m.

You will be handling the project from inception to completion, managing project managers, site managers, subcontractors and labourers.

You must be client focused and have a structured career history working on large scale projects.

You will be working with the Project Director, the commercial team and taking the project from tender right through to completion. You will be responsbile for CPPs, H&S requirements, procurement of subcontractors, Quality test & inspections,

? Heritage building work
? City centre locations
? Commercial Office fit-out
? D and B Projects
? Temporary works
? Erecting Steel frames
