PROJECT MANAGER £40-50k DOE

STAFFORDSHIRE

My client are looking for a Project/Contracts Manager to join their Joinery subcontracting company on a permanent basis. They complete high end bespoke joinery fit out projects ranging in value from £1k to £1m

You will be working closely with drawing, estimating and production staff. You will be responsible for attending client meetings, design meetings, programme preparing, managing subcontractors and Site labour as well as H&S management and procurement of materials.

They are looking for someone who is commercially astute and has proven background of managing projects from initial concept to delivery, cost variations, payments and contract administration.

What will you need?

• NVQ Level 3 Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent
• 3+ years in Project Management or Contracts Manager role
• Experience working on bespoke Fit out projects
• Driving license
• Hardworking and organised
