Prior experience within the Leisure/Hospitality industry as an Estimator will be favoured but candidates that have good Refurb / Fit-out experience from other sectors will also be considered.

Projects typically range from £100k-£3m and you will typically be responsible for compiling subcontractor and material enquiries, tendering from initial enquires stage to submission, build relationships and able to produce own BoQ for enquiries and pricing where required.
