Leading Main Contractors are looking for a CAD Technician to join them on a permanent basis. They complete works across Educational, Industrial and Commercial.

Excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable company to progress their career with. This is an office based role at the brand new head office in Stockport, working Monday to Friday 9-5.

The successful candidate must:

• Have proven track record working on Auto Cad;
• Have a structured career history;
• Have worked on fit out and refurbishment schemes.

The role will consist of:

• Reviewing sub-contractor drawings
• Creating RCP drawings
• Reviewing M&E drawings
• Be able to measure and draw buildings from scratch
• Oversee drawing registers for projects, and issue latest versions to site managers / project team.
• Update drawings to As Builts
• Create site set up plans, fire escape routes etc.
