I am a highly motivated, completer finisher with strong aspirations to succeed. Having working in a highly regulated industry (Medical Devices and Diagnostics) for 25 years primarily within Quality Operations roles as a certified Process Excellence Black Belt, I have gained valuable experience in a global organisation across multiple manufacturing sites. Therefore, I am skilled in process development, manufacturing process data evaluation, FDA and notified body auditing experience, validation and verification (V&V) of process and product, defect reduction, and compliance with ISO13485, ISO9001, ISO14971, FDA 21 CFR 820 etc. I am continually looking to broaden my knowledge base and adapt a hands-on approach to problem solving and defect reduction, I have a passion for development of people and have experience in management of both small and large teams. Through on-line studies, completed a Masters Degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management to further my understanding of collaborating business functions in today’s globalized environment.
