SERVICES

• Project Ideation – development of optimal evidence generation strategies to bring new products to market and maintain access for approved products
• Study Design & Build – protocol writing, budget forecasting, eCRF design, EDC build & testing, essential document writing (Study Plans, ICF etc), vendor selection and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Study Start-up – Country & Site Feasibility, ethics & regulatory submissions (including competent authorities), site selection, contract & budget negotiation, site activation and team training
• Study Execution & Close-out – Management of global study teams, CRO oversight, budget management, monitoring report review, eTMF management and global project leadership & accountability
