A SEO Manager is required by a fast-growing UK fintech that's on a mission to improve the nation's financial fitness. Known for their accessible lending products and customer-first approach, they support over 800,000 individuals traditionally underserved by mainstream banks and they're just getting started.

You'll join a forward-thinking marketing team that values data, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers the chance to own SEO strategy across high-traffic financial services platforms with a strong focus on both content and technical performance.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and implement SEO strategies across key lending and credit products
• Optimise for both short, high-volume and long-tail keywords across priority pages
• Run full technical audits, ensuring best practices in crawlability, metadata, page speed, and mobile experience
• Leverage Python to support SEO automation, data extraction, and performance analysis
• Monitor and report on SEO and SEM KPIs using tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
• Work closely with content, tech, and product teams to deliver integrated, scalable improvements
• Drive backlink strategy, identify growth opportunities, and stay ahead of algorithm updates
  

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience leading SEO in regulated industries, ideally financial services
• Solid Python skills for automating SEO workflows and analysing data
• In-depth knowledge of on-page and technical SEO, including site architecture, indexation, and compliance
• Strong command of tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog
• Experience working cross-functionally with design, development, and marketing teams
• Clear, confident communication and data storytelling skills
• Bonus: background in content-led SEO or managing SEO in large-scale CMS environments
