Senior JavaScript/Scala Developer - Canary Wharf, London (hybrid 1-2 days per week) - 750 p/d inside IR35

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Equities Derivative traders to envision and prototype a more connected user experience.
Contribute to the development and implementation of a design system for a commodities platform.
Support the world's largest sports events organization in managing their global events.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in Javascript or Scala development.
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Familiarity with backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express, Play Framework).
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within an Agile team environment.
Prior experience working in FX trading industry is a plus.
