IT Application Support Engineer - rolling contract inside IR35 - Banking - Remote / Hybrid / London - 450p/d
IT Support Engineer for banking client to support the Platform Team's software products. With at least 5 years experience, the IT Support Engineer will have commercial experience working within an IT support role.
Responsibilities:
- Incident and Problem Management process using a ITSM system.
- Troubleshoot production Incidents, manage Work Orders for finance systems raising escalation and resolution whilst meeting SLAs.
- Liaise with internal business stakeholders, application support teams and various management teams throughout the Bank.
- Experience of supporting bespoke applications, either on-prem or SaaS
- Working knowledge of purchasing and facilities management tools, (ideally Concept Evolution), Expenses tools (ideally Fraedom) and travel tools (ideally HRG or AMEX GBT)
- Agile Sprints
- Finance processes, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting and payment processes
- SQL Databases (SQL Server Management Studio and Oracle PL/SQL queries, basic support)
- ITIL
- 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line support.
