IT Application Support Engineer - 6 month rolling contract inside IR35 - Banking - Fully Remote or Hybrid/ London - 450p/d

IT Support Engineer required by banking client to support the Platform Team's software products. The IT Support Engineer will work through 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line support.

Responsibilities:

• Incident and Problem Management process using ITSM system
• Troubleshoot, manage Work Orders for a host of finance systems with focus on escalation and resolution whilst meeting SLAs
• Liaise with internal business stakeholders, app support teams

Required:

• Supporting bespoke applications, either on-prem or SaaS
• Purchasing and facilities management tools such as Concept Evolution
• Expense tools like Fraedom and travel tools like HRG and Amex GBT
• Agile Sprints
• Finance processes, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting and payment processes (development, management and application of)

• SQL DB (SQL Server Management Studio and Oracle PL/SQL)
• ITIL qualification
• Documentation and planning abilities. Teamwork and communication skills
