Are you passionate about customer success and customer retention?
Our client are a market leading E-Learning business with numerous different business ventures and now, due to their substantial growth, are looking to add a Head of Customer Success.
Our client are open to a variety of backgrounds, not just those from an education setting. With the key remit being you have extensive experience work customers/clients in a sector with complex and long sales cycles.
What we need:
- Someone analytical who can add a great deal the future success of the business
- Customer focused, with a passion for adding value
- 5 years experience within a customer success position
What will you be doing?
- You will be heading up and growing the Customer Success function of the business
- Implement strategies alongside leaders in the business to help future proof the business
- Work closely with sales leaders to help give and maintain the best possible service
