This exciting opportunity is working for one of the UKs leading suppliers of various different courses to allow companies to advance their employees and give them the opportunity to better themselves and earn a promotion.

The title of sales manager involves applying yourself to an already successful and innovative team and really bring the best out of them and applying your own techniques and experiences to really make your mark on the company and hopefully work your way up the ranks through doing so.

The salary ranges from 40 - 45k (OTE 60k) along with a team bonus and generous commision structure, this is an incredible position and the company you be working for are already highly respected and established so all there looking for is the right person to come and advance the company further and advance themselves in turn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take on a team target, ensuring that the team of BDMs find learners via B2B routes to place onto our funded course provision, including an apprenticeships target

    • Work with the Director of Business Development to produce market development activities – including market analysis, prioritisation and go-to-market strategy

    • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive sales playbook, comprising of solution overview, USPs, sales methodology, customer personas, competition analysis etc.

    • Managing a sales team

    • Commercial negotiations with customers (where required) and the approval of final contracts

    • Analytics and reports created to ensure live anytime reporting

    • Setting sales quotas and commissions for team
