What do you need?
Experience of successfully selling online products and SaaS - ideally into the education sector
Track record of building relationships with multiple decision makers and influencers at all levels
Experience of account planning
Strong written and oral communication skills (graduate/ business level)
Ability to ask customers insightful questions and probing follow ups (and listen, understand and learn from their response)
High level of proficiency and comfort demonstrating software to customers
Strong presentation skills (public speaking, meetings with c-level decision makers)
Highly proficient using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets to analyse, interpret and draw conclusions from data
Experience of using Salesforce (keeping accurate records and updating account intelligence)
