Replacement of current customer MDS Model with a new data model and to upgrade / migrate integrations (CRM) and update integrations across the application estate of customer. The focus will be on Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration, including:
Initiation of replacement for Biztalk, CRM integrations
Validation of use of Microsoft API Gateway for this service
Validation and agreement of most appropriate and best practice use of similar concepts
Technical activity to deprecate Biztalk, applicable to all MDS related integrations with Customer’s CRM application.
Technical activity to deprecate SSIS applicable to MDS related integrations.
Technical activity to replace legacy integrations (for example, SFTP) applicable to MDS related integrations.
