Consistent Recruitment are currently recruiting new team members for a leading hospitality distributor. This is for their Telesales team, if you read the word ‘Telesales’ and start to panic, chill out, let me explain.
This is not all outbound calls, it is inbound as well, in fact it is mainly inbound! You will be fully trained to manage your own customer base ensuring all orders are processed accurately while constantly upselling along the way to maximise customer spend.
You will be dealing with existing and maybe lapsed customers who will have already ordered from the company but for some reason have stopped.
- Providing excellent customer service
- Dealing with queries relating to orders
- Problem solving
- Upselling relevant products to each customer to maximise spend
- Order processing in a fast-paced environment ensuring an eye for detail
- Quickly moving around the inhouse database to identify the correct products
- Order processing experience (highly desirable)
- Proven customer service background (especially from the hospitality industry)
- Accurate data input experience
- Fabulous communicator

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing a fantastic service on each telephone call
