Brand New telephone based Customer Service vacancy just in, Interviews to be held later in the week with an immediate start date on offer.
This Ecommerce company based in Bishops Stortford are extremely busy and are looking to grow the existing team from 4 to 6, this is due to movement in the company plus growth.
Dealing with all customer queries, orders and complaints you will ideally already have telephone based existing Customer Service experience in order to deal with each customer professionally, leaving them feeling that they have had a fantastic customer experience, which is what we all want!
If they have a complaint, listen to them and show them that they are being heard. Once you know why the complaint is being made you can then proceed to a satisfactory conclusion.
If they are not sure which product is best for them, guide them through their options ensuring you know why the product is needed in the first place. Every requirement will be different and so will their options.
You will be liaising with other departments to ensure stock is available and to discuss lead times to make sure that orders are going out on time.
Strong communication skills are key to this role as well as strong attention to detail as you will be keying in orders and we need accuracy.

Hours of work are 9.00 – 5.30pm
Salary between £21,000 – £25,000, depending on experience
