A long-term client of mine is currently looking for a Coordinator to take over the reception and Coordinator duties due to an internal promotion. This is quite a reactive environment, so I need you to be a calm, unflappable individual with fabulous people skills and to have the ability to prioritise your workload.
This is a busy, varied role in vibrant offices with lots of communication, networking, arranging events, problem solving and facilities. This is definitely going to keep you on your toes!

Hours of work will be between 8.30am - 4.30pm and 9.00am - 5.00pm on a rota basis so flexibility is essential, a driver is also essential as you may be asked to cover in other offices.
