An Audit and Accounts Senior is now needed for a Chartered Accountant based in Hertford, this role will likely have the opportunity to work from home on a part time basis but you must be able to commute into the office on a regular basis.
This Audit and Accounts Senior role involves leading on-site audits for SMEs under the supervision of an audit manager, and preparation of financial statements under the supervision of an accounts manager.
You will also assist with the planning, fieldwork and completion of audit assignments including the supervision of junior staff. In addition to audit experience you will also have proven client relationship skills and a diligent attitude towards your work. The role also includes accounts preparation when not on audit assignment. It is expected that there will be around a 50:50 split between audit and accounts work. This role will also involve a small amount of travel to clients across the country.
