Do you know what a Polyglot is?  Neither did I until last year but I am currently supporting one in their search for a permanent Customer Service role in or around the Harlow area.

This rarely available bilingual Customer Service agent, experienced in order processing in a fast paced environment is looking for a new company for the next stage of their career journey, ideally a company where they can develop their existing versatile Customer Service skillset.

Existing experience;

Possessing a strong background in supporting European countries with order processing, checking stock levels, dealing with lead times, liaising with internal departments and couriers in regards to product shipment and returns.  Dealing with issues, queries and complaints in a professional manner via telephone and email ensuring a high level of accuracy.  Fast and accurate data entry, professional manner and a friendly demeanor. 

Fluent in English, French and Spanish!
