Northampton office 1- 2 days per week (Hybrid)

This is a newly-created opportunity for an junior Onboarding Specialist within a highly established Software company in Northampton who are building a new Customer Success function in 2022.

This highly successful Tech company deliver their Platform to Enterprise and Public sector organisation across the UK and as part of their roadmap, are now focusing on improving and optimizing Implementation, onboarding, and roll-out processes to enhance their customer retention strategy.

You will be able to Communicate directly with clients through the support desk, phone calls, email, and live chat. Handle more complex support tickets, phone calls, and live chats that have been escalated from members of the customer experience team and 1st Line Support. Liaise with members of the support, customer experience, and development teams to ensure requests are resolved, technical questions answered, and issues are reported and fixed.

It is essential you are confident and have experience working in a customer support environment, you will also have some basic tech knowledge with the ability to personalise individual customer needs, along with effectively handling incoming emails and phone calls relating to basic support issues.
