We are now looking for an IT Field Engineer with strong 2nd line / 3rd Line Support Skills. We need to strengthen the support team and as such are looking for a Field Engineer to help support 2nd Line and some 3^rd line technical issues on and offsite for customer base. As a Field Support Engineer you’ll be used to supporting MS Windows Servers, Exchange, Active Directory Azure, O365, Hyper V, VMware. This role will involve a split of WFH and Field based Support.

Skills Required

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a role of supporting servers, networks, printers, PC’s and applications. Ideally this would have been gained within a field role
• Proven experience of enterprise mainstream technologies and applications primarily focused on Microsoft products such as O365, Azure, Hyper-V, Active directory well as anti-virus and backup solutions
• Experience with other enterprise mainstream technologies and applications such as Citrix, VMware and Cisco are desirable
• Relevant experience of managing, maintaining and supporting peripheral equipment including routers, switches, hubs, UPS’s, printers etc

Industry recognised accreditations such as MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CCA, CCNA are highly desirable
