We have a fantastic opportunity for a 2nd/ line Support Engineer to join a leading IT Support company (MSP) in Northampton to provide technical support to their Nationwide Customer base. The ideal candidate must have experience of working within an MSP, and must be comfortable working in a very fast paced environment. You will have previous experience of closing up to 25 tickets a day.
We feel that this is a great opportunity for a passionate IT Support Engineer with Strong IT support experience and enjoys the split of working remote and being office based. We are looking for contractors ideally with immediate Start, my client can interview ASAP
