We have an exciting opportunity for a talented 1st IT Support Engineer (Windows, AD, O365) to join my client, based in St Albans, and become a key member of their busy Helpdesk team. As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will act as the initial point of contact for all IT support queries.
As an ideal candidate for this fantastic IT support opportunity, you will have a minimum 1 years recent employment in a technical Service support role environment supporting multiple external or internal users, via telephone and remote access. It is essential that as a 1st line support analyst you have excellent interpersonal skills, with a confident and organised personality and be committed and driven to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
As a Technical support engineer you will have the ability to demonstrate recent practical experience and a solid understanding of troubleshooting, supporting and administering: Windows Server, O365,, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS,
As a passionate IT Support Engineer you will have the ability to work under pressure, multitask and organise priorities, and have the ability to take ownership of issues and work to tight timescales.
