erg Group is representing an award-winning Global Software Engineering & Design company, with a Summit-level Salesforce Consulting arm, that is seeking a Practice Director focused on Service Cloud!
As the Practice Director for the Service Cloud Team, you will drive the strategic direction of the portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce Service Cloud projects, creating innovative thought leadership offerings, supporting presales activities for Service Cloud opportunities, and managing a high performing team of Salesforce SME's.

Key responsibilities:
- Act as a thought leader for the Salesforce Service Cloud portfolio area, including Sales, Marketing, and assets, and develop accelerators.
- Manage Salesforce Navigator rankings for Service Cloud, including our certification growth numbers, CSAT scores, and target accreditations for Service Cloud product areas
- Create and communicate a vision for the Service Cloud portfolio, work with Sales and Engagement teams to compile revenue growth goals, and strategic target accounts, and expand into new Service Cloud capabilities and offerings
- Management of Salesforce Navigator rankings for Service Cloud, including certification growth numbers, CSATs, and target accreditations for Service Cloud product areas
- Support Pre-Sales activities and manage a pipeline of projects.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on Salesforce product teams
Key skills required
- 5+ years of consulting experience, including multi-cloud projects
- Experience leading Service Cloud teams
- Strong understanding of enterprise delivery methodologies for large ($5M+) programs
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud product offerings
- Articulate, passionate, and influential
- Salesforce Certified
