Job Summary:

The VP of Sales and Customer Experience will be responsible for developing systems and processes to scale our account management and sales functions to ensure market share is retained as well as to drive product expansion into existing and new customers/markets.

Leading the client-facing teams globally; your mission is to ensure the company’s success through customer-centricity, professionalism, and commercial smarts.

What You Will Be Doing

● “Make everyone’s best better!” - Mentor the account management and customer success teams on customer-centricity, professionalism, culture, and commercial success. ● Develop relationships with Tier 1 clients and create strategies to maximize our value and expand GeoComply’s presence in their business

● Work closely with the Product team to “bridge the gap” such that your customer-facing teams can communicate the unique and important needs of our clients to ensure their needs are integrated into the product roadmap – and that our customers understand the benefits to them of those features.

● Responsible for revenue targets with the goal of developing short-term and long-term sales strategies including revenue forecasting

● Create connections for our clients across GeoComply’s customer-facing groups such as account management, customer success, training, onboarding, reporting/data analytics and fraud management.

● Create accountability by developing metrics and monitoring data, engagement, and performance; analyze changes to revenues/margins and drive strategic discussions and appropriate actions as necessary

● Guide clients through the process of identifying and selecting additional GeoComply’s tools and services

● Streamline resources and communications, create SLAs and best practices to ensure proper, engagement, records and service levels are maintained ● Understand the company’s overall strategies and purpose and align revenue strategies to ensure continual enhancement of company performance
