Having a strong focus on paired programming is always key for any development team which is why I wanted to introduce you to Adam.

Adam has been a Lead Developer over the past year and has a strong team focus on pairing and mobbing to ensure every problem/solutions is completed in the best possible way.

Some of Adam’s achievements are:

• Developing serverless microservices with Typescript and AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, Kinesis, DynamoDB, Lex, Cognito, Connect, S3, SQS, SNS
• Developing micro frontends with React, NextJS, private component libraries, Storybook, with a specialisation in voice and chat applications
• Creating new systems from the architecture up, attaching new services to existing architectures with an eye for AWS Well-Architected principles
• Focused on creating tools and starters for automatic work across the business

Adam is also collaborated with various tech for good platforms and has a strong focus on mentoring with him teaching and mentoring at NorthCoders, Manchester Uni, and CodeYourFuture and has also organised hackathons both nationally and internationally
