Midweight Software Engineers are easy to come by, however one which has led projects and worked with the technical leadership of introducing new ways of working and adding value in any team is vital!

Adam has worked with React and Node for over 4 years as well as working with TypeScript, GraphQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jest, Jasmine, and Enzyme for over the last 2 years!

Adam became the project lead on a couple of projects ensuring deadlines were met and the team was utilised in the correct way - after completion of these projects.  Adam highlighted to the Technical Lead the successes and weaknesses and suggest the company should adopt - continuous delivery and core infrastructure ensuring the company had existing component libraries and modules available to be used across all projects significantly shortening costs and time spent on different projects 

Adam has worked on a family savings app with the BE infrastructure built on AWS using an AWS CDK. This project also ran in Apollo server running on AWS Lambda 

Adam is a huge fan of continuous delivery and loves constantly refining his project work so he and his colleagues can deliver the best finished product possible 

This further underlines Adam’s knowledge and would be a great asset to any business as he can really assist and lead future projects in the future.
