Key Experience includes:
- Responsible for two weekly payrolls (permanent and temporary) for 200 staff.
- Calculated any adjustments and enter payroll information into Thesaurus.
- They added all new starters and leavers to the system.
- Submit PSR to revenue.
- Upload payroll to banking platform.
- Sent out payslips and handled any subsequent queries.
- Prepared a weekly payroll report on excel.
- Prepared payroll journals on QuickBooks
- Calculate pension contributions.
- Prepare quarterly CSO reports.
They are proactive, hard-working and thrive in providing numerical accuracy and attention to detail in deadline driven environments.
They are also proficient with Thesaurus, Sage Micropay, Quickbooks and Excel.
