Cloud: Exposure to cloud technologies including AWS/Azure/Docker/Kubernetes or similar
Core language skills - Highly experienced in at least one or more of: Java, C#, Javascript, Python
Automation: Experience in both backend/frontend automation including things such as: Cucumber/Serenity/RestAssured/RestSharp/Selenium/Specflow/BDDfy/Cypress/PyTest
Non-Functional Testing: Experience in Non-Functional testing including things such as: Performance/Load, Accessibility, Compatability and Security testing - (Doesn't have to be all but any experience would be good)
Methodology: Evidence/understanding of TDD/BDD/ATDD etc...
Pipeline: Understanding of CI/CD and understand how testing fits into this process. Ideally experience in atleast one deployment tool like Jenkins/Azure Devops and integrating Automation Tests into CI/CD processes
Process: Evidence of experience working in Agile teams, mention of terms like three amigos, shift left etc, working as a delivery team rather than dev v test etc.
