We are looking for a Project Manager for the pharmaceutical domain
Your role within the team:
- Leading national and international IT-software projects
- Planning and managing project budgets
- Ensure internal and external stakeholder management
- First line of contact for customer requests and issues
- Delivering products and services with a main focus on customer satisfaction
- Technical guidance of internal project team members and resource management
- Execution of status, steering and team meetings and regular project status reports
- Creating and maintaining relevant project specific documentation
- Support and development of internal project management processes
- Support for the sales process where required, including presenting potential project plans to clients
- Mentoring and developing junior team members with a focus on developing effective teams
Your profile
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in a Business Administration and Engineering or Computer Science is required, a Master of Science Degree is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in software projects, preferably in the life science/pharma sector
- Business acumen and understanding of full life cycle value of our customers
- Ability to identify potential risks and solve conflicts
- Confidence in appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with understanding of the business impact of decisions
- Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic personality, ability to work independently
- Thorough understanding of the software project life cycle
- A project management certification (PMP, IPMA) is a plus
