This Senior Design Engineer is currently designing special purpose machines for a manufacturer of production lines for the beverage industry. In addition to his Design work, he manages R&D Engineers and leads other projects such as upgrading the CAD vaulting system and working with suppliers to design improved workflows and processes.He also described the importance of sharing knowledge and writing reports to show design from first principals.
He enjoys solving problems (particularly on "never been done before" projects) and is looking for work that grabs him. He has a good appreciation of software, pneumatics, plcs, etc.
