LV Recruitment are representing a global leader in skills development and recruiting for a French speaking Project Manager to join their team on an initial 12-month FTC. My client has a well earned reputation for quality, professionalism and building long term partnerships with clients.

The project manager role is relationship orientated and would suit someone who enjoys managing multiple complex projects across various cultures. You will need to have excellent organisation and time management skills and can prioritise and effectively manage the process with multiple stakeholders at any one time, managing expectations until the project is completed.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in multi-national business environments and be keen to become a key member of their client support team. You will help to put in place innovations and new ways of working so that they can better serve their clients, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.

Main requirements:

• First class communication skills: listening, negotiating, and persuading or influencing others. Oral and written communication, using a range of media, including the preparation of business reports
• Broad experience in a demanding, complex, client facing project management role in a business environment
• Excellent English and French communication skills; in particular, high level written skills, proof reading skills and a professional manner
• Personal effectiveness: self-awareness and self-management; time management; sensitivity to diversity in people and different situations; the ability and desire to continue learning and to improve ways of working
• Experience of dealing with international clients at a senior level: face to face, virtually and in writing
• Experience in taking a lead in financial & budget management in a demanding project management role, including increasing project revenue and margins.

This is an office-based role in Eynsham, Oxfordshire with flexibility to work from home. The salary is £28,000 - £35,000 for an experienced project manager.
