Site Manager – Leeds

I am on the lookout for a site manager for a supermarket refurbishment in Leeds starting immediately.

The project is for a large client of ours that operate on a nationwide basis on Various retail frameworks and accounts.

This project is ongoing and we would need any applicant to be available for a start this week ! However the nature of this clients work means there are various possibilities for a continuation of work following on from this assignment.

What we would require

As a Minimum for this assignment we would need applicants to have :

SMSTS

First Aid

CSCS card

Previous experience working as a site manager on similar fast tracked fit-out projects

They also offer a competitive day rate at £270 per Day.

On this assignment we would not be able to offer payment via LTD company or CIS as it does fall within the Scope of IR35.
