We are on the lookout for a freelance Contracts Manager for a client of ours Speacialising in Commercial and Industrial refurbishment works.

The contractor themselves are based in the west midlands however this requirement will be based in London and the client are looking at this as a temp – perm opportunity.

The work will consist of both Industrial Refurbishment and commercial office fit out ( Cat A & B ) with a maximum project value of anywhere up to £5,000,000. The Contracts manager will have to be able to run numerous projects concurrently and have the skills to manage these works from conception through to completion – including the estimating and tendering,

The successful applicant needs to be incredibly client facing to manage the client relationship throughout the projects entirety as well as having the skillset and experience to run the project operationally as well.

As a minimum we would hope for the Candidate to have :

SMSTS

First Aid

CSCS card
