This candidate is able to demonstrate return on investment for training either identified through performance improvement as part of the HR process or, as a monetary value on performance against charge rate.

Some key achievements:

• Programme managing the implementation projects for the Leadership & Management competency framework across HR and Learning disciplines for an NFP, approx 11,000 employees. Ranging from Learning programmes, Role profiles, Appraisal process and a 360 online feedback build
• Using the 360 framework to drive succession/talent from introduction to property manager through to Regional Director in a NFP.  Ranging from the design of a programme for move into management, to a programme for moving from property manager to general managers (with Ashridge business school) and individual development plans for moving from regional manager to regional director.
• Working with business intelligence to design a profile document so that training man days and design time can be reported monthly, quarterly and annually to the board at a global outsourcing/offshoring company.  Demonstrating team output and commitment to keeping the business at the forefront of modern learning.
