Overview:
This strategic learning & development leader has experience in many disciplines across learning, organisational development, recruitment and change in sometimes global context. They are looking for a strategic L&D leadership role.
This candidate is able to demonstrate return on investment for training either identified through performance improvement as part of the HR process or, as a monetary value on performance against charge rate.
They are motivated by people, team and organisational development and growth. Coaching and mentoring others to be the best they can be in their chosen field. Working with and through others to drive the skills, attitudes and behaviours that enable the achievement of team and company strategy and goals.
Some key achievements:
- Programme managing the implementation projects for the Leadership & Management competency framework across HR and Learning disciplines for an NFP, approx 11,000 employees. Ranging from Learning programmes, Role profiles, Appraisal process and a 360 online feedback build
- Using the 360 framework to drive succession/talent from introduction to property manager through to Regional Director in a NFP. Ranging from the design of a programme for move into management, to a programme for moving from property manager to general managers (with Ashridge business school) and individual development plans for moving from regional manager to regional director.
- Working with business intelligence to design a profile document so that training man days and design time can be reported monthly, quarterly and annually to the board at a global outsourcing/offshoring company. Demonstrating team output and commitment to keeping the business at the forefront of modern learning.
