Unfortunately, due to a restructure this strong HR Advisor is on the lookout for a new role and is available immediately. They have achieved their CIPD level 7. 

Experience covering; resourcing, managing complex employee relations cases, change management, training and development.

They have largely worked in more white collar companies and thrives best in those environments. Most recently they have been working in the Tech industry with their previous employer for the last 5 years, but have experience in financial services, real estate, retail and business outsourcing/facilities. 

They moved into HR due to their strong passion for supporting and coaching people to grow professionally and looking for a people centric organisation to join. This canddate is particularly at home and enjoys employee relations work, but they have experience in more business partnering, value-add activities such as support on projects, enhancing employee experience within their internal customer group, and recently took the lead in introducing a new company apprenticeship scheme

Skills wise, this candidate is a strong communicator, influencer and very much a team player. Their former boss gave us a glowing reference and is confident that whoever snaps up this brilliant Snr HR Advisor will have a gem on their hands.
