Overview:
A commercially astute HR leader who has worked across global roles and across numerous sectors.
In his current role, he has developed and then delivered a fundamental HR transformation: including the development and deployment of a business aligned HR strategy and new global HR organisation (approximately 100 people) supporting period of significant business growth/transformation
Key achievements:
- M&A: Delivered HR / people workstream as part of £750m acquisition
- Implemented major cultural change programme: including deployment of global employee engagement survey
- Implemented Global HR System
- Led major overhaul of D&I strategy and implementation of multi-year targets
- Executed go-live for phase 1 of new organisation design: built team of 25 HR specialists to initially deliver professional HR solutions (in talent, learning, culture, change, employee engagement, technology & systems) to 5 regional business units across 10 countries. Initial savings of $800k realised
- Delivered extensive programme of actions resulting from full European Labour Relations risk assessment & review of European Works Council agreement /ways of working delivering reduction in business risk/cost from labour disputes
