Job description:
Our client is a market leader in the PVC-U industry, they have specialised in manufacturing, recycling and distribution of UPVC products in the UK for over 40 years.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining long term relationships. Have the ability to work within a fast paced, competitive environment and promote our client in a constructive manner.
What you will be doing:
- Lead sales regionally/nationally to achieve targets
- Implement effective sales targets and actively seek new projects
- Project Manage from specification to project commencement
- Deliver CPD presentations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Attend Industry exhibitions as required
What you can bring to us:
- Be creative and have a thorough knowledge of sales processes, and be able to demonstrate excellent sales techniques
- Possess excellent organisational skills and manage your own time effectively, whilst sometimes working under pressure
- Able to motivate yourself and maintain deadlines while working as part of a dynamic team
- Have the ability to communicate confidently with Architects, Specifiers, Site/Project Managers and Directors
- Proven experience and understanding of processes and specifications. Whilst understanding Regulations and keeping up to date with any Regulatory changes
- Be technically proficient to understand L10 Specifications and to offer any solutions
- Flexibility with working hours, as you may be required to attend events/meetings out of normal working hours
- Have at least 5 years’ experience within the fenestration industry
