Develop existing accounts and secure new business as well as forging strategic relationships with suppliers and other business partners.
Responsible for maintaining up to date presentation material, brochures and all necessary marketing materials for the Business Area in accordance with allocated budgets.
Responsible for planning and running exhibitions.
Responsible for developing contacts out of the primary market sectors of the company to allow possible expansion of company business into other business areas.
Responsible for maintaining a good knowledge of our key competitor’s approaches and performance in this area.
Set goals and targets.
Assume client interface role.
Contribute effectively to Management Team with development strategies.
Remain conversant with new industry standards and practices.

Communicate department activities to General Manager
Raise purchase request form where appropriate and pass to General Manager for approval.
Assist with other general project activities, within capabilities, when requested to do so by General Manager

Qualifications
Skills Required:
Minimum 10 years’ experience and knowledge in and electrical sales management background
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Must complete the following Health & Safety Training: IOSH Working Safely or equivalent, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling and DSE Training
Authorities:

Authority to raise QHSE issues for continuous quality of improvement.
