SENIOR FLEX OFFICE BROKER
We are an RICS-regulated commercial property agency, based in Soho, and specialising in working for the Tenant-side of the property transaction. Our principal workstream focuses on relocating office occupiers throughout all parts of London, with a focus on Zones 1 and 2. We have acted for occupiers throughout the UK and mainland Europe and hope to grow that side of the business. The majority of our client work has traditionally focused on conventional lease transactions, and the two founders of the company are extremely experienced leasing agents with strong reputations throughout the London markets.
A growing part of the business is that of the flex-office market, and whilst the founders also run their own flex-office projects it is evident that the market demand justifies the addition of a team member who has this market as their principal focus. Accordingly, we are looking to recruit a Senior Flex Office Broker.
We were founded in 2020, so are still very much in start-up mode, and so you will be a person whom likely has a strong preference for a small-company environment as opposed to that of a corporate giant. You will appreciate that a start-up environment is one of constant change, where ideas form and fail or evolve and succeed, but ultimately a rewarding environment of self-development, progress and growth and an opportunity to make a difference. You will be intrinsic in the formation of new ideas, processes, strategies, systems and the building of the company as it matures. You are someone who wants to be an invaluable part of a team, rather than being “just another cog” that follows a process in a large machine. You will relish having faith and trust placed upon you, and will be afforded the freedom to self-manage (we do not want to micro-manage).

Senior Flex Office Broker:
As our new team member you will bring:
• Sales experience across the Central London flex office markets, with the majority of this time being in a broker role, and that role seeing you conducting your own business development and lead generation
• A broad knowledge across all Zone 1 and 2 sub-markets of the flex office desk values, incentive packages, supply/demand nuances
• Established relationships within many of the serviced office providers
• We’re looking for someone who is confident, articulate, punctual, professional, dependable, flexible, adaptable, ambitious, , social
Educational achievements are not important – your personality and experience are key.
On joining us you will:
• Via a coordinated strategy with the rest of the company, be responsible for your own business development, seeking out prospective new clients, making cold calls/emails, pitching the business/yourself to win new business.
• Manage your own client projects of all sizes, including:
o Engaging with Client principals at C-Suite level
o Agreeing fee structures and securing terms of engagement (if applicable)
o Providing detailed verbal and written advice to aid the Clients decision-making
o Searching the market for appropriate property options
o Planning, scheduling and arranging property tours
o Accompanying Clients on property tours and providing personable engagement and advice throughout
o Negotiating terms of shortlisted properties
• Independently consider and produce documents that you may consider beneficial to your role and/or the Company, to include:
o Pitch documents
o Marketing materials
o Blog posts and social media posts
o Advisory reports
• Promote the company as a growing partner throughout the London serviced office provider network, building relationships, attending social events, hosting social events, etc
• Extend the reach of the serviced office partnerships beyond the Central London providers, with a view to eventually building a UK-wide network
