Main focus of the role:

• Hyper / first response mentality. Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Boost volume of client enquiries through regular mailshots, pro-active calling, marketing & PR.
• Hustle / self-generate and qualify leads interested in flexible workspace solutions. This includes understanding their brief, pitching our services, sourcing relevant properties, reporting using Valve, arranging viewings, negotiating and closing deals.
• Develop and speak knowledgeably about the flexible office market, including relevant desk rates, current and future market trends.
• Build rapport with clients to generate repeat custom.
• Maintain and keep up-to-date CRM database.
• Diligent and consistent follow up.
• Actively promote the company brand, team postings, property tours and deals via social media platforms.
• Network and build rapport with key contacts within the various service providers – positively representing the company and raising the profile of the business.
