We require a switched on, hungry, Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help join our fast-growing, friendly team. You will be part of a buzzing environment, within which recognises and progresses talent. A real opportunity exists to earn large commissions above your base salary.

About Us:

We are about growth and ambition, training will be provided that will enhance your professional sales abilities and knowledge on developing pipelines and delivering results. The role has the potential to develop into account management.

You will setting up sales appointments for the senior account managers on the phone, helping to acquire new clients in an attractive and lucrative industry sector. You will be supported by focused marketing campaigns in attracting new clients and responsible for self-generation of new prospects as well as working off lists of existing clients.

We are looking for a hard worker who is hungry to learn with the desire to earn money beyond on-target earnings, and enjoy creating fruitful relationships in a social team.

✔️Working through researched data of companies where their office lease is due to expire to promote the company's services
✔️Proactively approaching prospects through a variety of channels including phone, email and social media
✔️Passing well-qualified leads onto one of your Sales Managers to convert into meetings/tours

Essential (skills qualities & experience)

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Microsoft Office packages to record activity
+ Competitive nature

Desirable (skills qualities & experience)

+ Experience of working in an outbound sales environment, working to KPI’s & targets
+ Experience of making outbound a high volume of outbound calls on a daily basis
+ Experience of using a Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM)
