Tallann Group are working closely with a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy based in Auckland’s North Shore. Right now, due to an ever-increasing workload they are looking to bring onboard a Structural Director in order to further expand their capabilities and service offerings.

The Company:
Established in the early 2000’s this multi-disciplinary consultancy has in excess of 20 staff and is continuing to grow annually due to the quality of work being produced and its reputation as being one of the most trusted in the industry.

You:

• CPEng Structural Engineer.
• 8+yrs. experience within a consultancy environment in a lead / managerial capacity
• Comfortable within all aspects of a Snr role including Business Development.
• A leader, mentor and able to inspire a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with writing engineering reports.
• New Zealand experience is a must for this role.

This is a role that will allow you to not only build a team from the ground up, hand picking your staff to ensure that you are the best in the business, but also an opportunity for the right person to become a stakeholder within this highly regarded consultancy.
As this is a senior role you will also be expected to be comfortable dealing with clients at a senior level, as well as leading and mentoring staff within your department.
