In terms of career progression this role allows you to begin your transition into the team lead / managerial aspect of the engineering world. You will lead a team of between 3-4 engineers all the time being mentored by some of the leading engineers within the field. Whether you come from a small consultancy background or a multi-national is irrelevant, what is important is your drive, ambition and skill set. You will be comfortable leading teams, managing multiple projects and working closely with other departments.
