The Role:
As National Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
- The day-to-day management of multiple national sales teams across the United States
- Setting and delivering new sales and existing client growth strategies in-line with global business objectives
- Developing new training platforms for commercial team training utilising both internal and external suppliers
- Working directly with the organisations largest national accounts to establish future needs and systems required for continued business success
Requirements:
As an applicant for the position of Sales Director you will have the following:
- A strong and proven leadership background working at a senior level within multi – team packaging environments
- A top tier sales background, ideally within a label manufacturing capacity
- Exceptional premium market experience within arenas such as Cosmetics, Spirits, Wine and Personal care is a must
- Extensive knowledge of both flexo and digital production along with their relevant uses and application
