The Role:
As Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
- A team of high performing regional sales managers across Europe with numerous indirect reports
- Reporting directly into the global leadership team with full strategic responsibility for the setting and delivery of the European sales strategy
- Creating an environment of autonomous responsibility for region sales whilst driving the global strategy to achieve the wider business goals
- Management of multiple stakeholders across Global HQ, Region Management, Global Operations and senior level client contacts at a global level
- Working closely with the organisations global key account teams to ensure a consistent delivery of service across the business
Requirements:
As an applicant for the position of Sales Director you will have the following:
- Extensive senior level sales management experience within a global packaging business model
- The successful candidate will be a key influencer within the Global Pharmaceutical Packaging arena and carry a reputation for success at the highest level
- A background in carton packaging would be considered desirable but not necessary for consideration
- A high level understanding the pharmaceutical packaging industry along with a working knowledge of current and future trends, challenges and opportunities
